- These regulations constitute the basis for the provision of the Newsletter service.

- The service consists in delivering via email regular information, hereinafter referred to as the Newsletter, by Kancelaria to the User’s email address provided during the registration procedure.
- The Newsletter may contain, in particular, information about the law, including selected information on legislative changes, comments, judicial rulings, legal analyses, articles as well as information on activities, products and services delivered by Kancelaria.
- The Newsletter service is provided free of charge.
- The Newsletter service is provided until the User unsubscribes from the service.
- Each Newsletter sent via e-mail contains information on how to unsubscribe from the Newsletter service. The User may terminate the Service at any time, without providing reasons and free of charge by clicking the link: You can cancel your subscription, included in each email.
- The subscription to the Newsletter service is done by accepting the regulations of the Newsletter service.
- It is necessary for the User to complete the registration form with email address, name and surname to provide the Newsletter service specified herein.

- It is recommended that the complaint contains, in particular, the description of the complaint, the User’s e-mail address, name and surname provided during the registration procedure, and the e-mail address or correspondence address to which the response to the complaint shall be sent if the User requests to receive the response to the postal address or email different than those provided during the registration procedure as well as preferred method of resolving a complaint.
Complaint processing and providing the response on the method resolving a complaint shall take place immediately, not later than 14 (fourteen) days after the complaint was submitted. The User shall be informed about the method of resolving a complaint pursuant to the data indicated in the complaint form.
The above content about how to submit a complaint shall be only an example the User may not necessarily follow and does not affect the effectiveness of complaints submitted without the recommended description of the complaint.
In case of possible deficiencies in the submitted complaint, Kancelaria shall contact the User with request to complete the information pursuant to the contact details indicated in the complaint.
Kancelaria reserves the right to change the General Rules and Conditions due to significant reasons, in particular, change in business activities provided by Kancelaria, the necessity to adjust the General Rules and Conditions to the binding law, the necessity to assure proper functioning of the service https://jarzpartner.pl and the Newsletter Users, the necessity to introduce new or change the existing rules of https://jarzpartner.pl service and the Newsletter functioning.
The User shall be informed about the changes in the General Rules and Conditions by a proper information posted on the https://jarzpartner.pl. The User will be additionally informed via email about the changes in the General Rules and Conditions to the email address provided during the registration procedure.

Processing of personal data shall be made under Art. 6 (1a), Art. 6 (1b) and Art. 6 (1f) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/WE (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the European Union L 119, p. 1).
The data are processed to the extent necessary to properly provide the Newsletter service. Providing personal data by the User is voluntary, but necessary to sign up and use of the Newsletter service. Failure to provide personal data will result in the Newsletter service not being provided. The data will be processed until the User unsubsrcibes form the Newsletter service.
The user shall have: the right to access, correct and delete their personal data or limit their processing, the right to object to their processing, the right to withdraw the consent to process personal data and their transfer. The User also has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the National Data Protection Authority if the User considers that the processing of their personal data does not comply with the binding laws. The recipients of the data will be the entities authorized to access the data under the binding laws and the entities cooperating with Kancelaria – the Data Administrator, to the extent necessary to provide properly the service.
